Today's ride
Took a short hour and a half around Clive, trails are all wet. Around the lake at raccoon river park. Starting to feel a little better, just have to keep riding!

Nice 35 mile ride yesterday.
Got a 35 mile ride yesterday, doesn't sound like much, but I'm way out if shape! I hurt today. No ride today, working overtime. Maybe I can pay off the bike I don't have time to ride.

Raccoon river park
Took the kayak out on the lake again, no fish though. Had fish jumping up to the surface, but didn't want to eat my plastic worms
