Century 3- CIRREM III Revenge!

I hit the road looking for some of my pride, since I've DNF'd both races I've entered this year.  I decided to add 37 miles to the Cirrem III course and race it on the heaviest bike I have (raleigh 29r) So just under 5 hours on the Cirrem course, and 7:20 for the full century (16 miles of blacktop riding to and from the gravel)  I realize to the fast guys this is pretty slow, but for me this was killing it.  So I found a little of my pride out there

FAIL.... but we made good choices

I bailed at 41 miles with the rain and cold (44 was the high) I was able to talk myself out of continuing to the end.  I beat myself up for making these choices but it was probably a good choice.  Live to race another day.
