Metric #12
So on the first day of a juice fast it's always a good thing to go do an endurance ride right?
I took 2 24oz containers of apple juice with me and had a green 16oz juice from caseys. Didn't bonk until the end but I felt tired the whole day.

Where was that "closure" at?
Xavier rd just south of Granger IA. It washed out about 3 years ago and is almost totally un passable in a truck but people keep trying.
