At some point in life you no longer get to ride everyday...I always thought of myself as a strong rider, I'll go out in any weather too cold doesn't even exist! It's funny how a couple years, new job, children growing up change your priorities. I will be switching schedules here in a month and really hope to push myself back into shape a little. At least enough to not have my daughter waiting on me on ragbrai. Not sure I Will ever try to train for something like trans Iowa again though.
