Well 3 miles and no back or knee pain, but the cramp in my right calf was bad. I guess that's what 6 month off running will do for you.

cool. I just learned this year.... that for me: cycling = lesiure. running = fitness.

I cannot keep losing weight or maintain it, with biking alone. Unless I start doing century gravel rides weekly. (haha:)!! )

So biking will always be my fun thing.... and running will be my discipline/workout thing.

well that was all about me.
Good job on cranking out a 3 mile run after a hiatus, though!!

Running is of the debil. :-) Well actually I used to love running but 4 knee surgeries from a wrestling accident left me runnerless.
