Looks like the paved path by the sand volley ball courts. If so, i expect from there to Grand is probably the worst part. Everything else should be proteced. Have you explored further?
Yes it is. The rest of the trail to the freeway underpass was about 12 inches deep so it was ridable in 24x34 (yes that is less than 1 to 1) at 4 mile per hour and zone 5. At least when it is up to the bottom bracket you get to push with your feet to. the rest of the green belt trail is plowed.
