Family Ride
Sunday I was finally able to get my lazy butt out the door on a bike. Took the kids out for 15 miles. We did a lap of Hillside first (well about half of it) It always amazes me how much they can actually ride. We averaged 8 mph including a ride around Grays lake, even though they complain about "we have to go" they have fun!

Off
Been off the bike for 9 days with the new job and holiday and rain on the one day I was going to ride, combined with too much fun.... I finally got out and burned 24 miles on my mountain bike last night in 2 hours. Good to get a little zone 5 in! Hope to ride tomorrow and sunday.
