Out of gas

With fridays all day gravel ride, then a party wedding till midnight followed up with sub-5 hours of sleep and a full day at work, and helping Anna clean at the church.  I ran out of gas.  Last night I found myself a sleep at 9pm in the chair so, 9+ hours of sleep last night and I'm much better.  Today it is +7 degrees for my ride to work should be a good wake-up call.  With the cold temps tonight will be a good bike repair night,  the derailleur is still not back on my mountain bike and my commuter is making a lot of noises.  Chains are suppose to be rust colored right?
