After a couple sick days I'm feeling better now (more of mental health days than anything). I need to be less negative and not bottle up so much so it doesn't become an all out explosion like Wednesday was.
I miss the good things alot of times just because I focus on the bad so much. So I'm going to try very hard to stop it and maybe I can be positive. So back to a work today to have a good day.
